national day fever hits singapore!

as if its not enough to see flags and posters posted all around singapore.
(funny how flags are ALWAYS found in schools and organisation buildings, but are becoming a rarity these days in RESIDENTIAL estates.)

so good old ntuc cooperative must blare all the national songs over and over again in supermarkets islandwide until one's ears start to bleed due to excessive use of cliched phrases such as "my home, this is my homeland etc. etc.)

eh funny how i used to look forward to ndp parade every year, but this year to me its just some gimmicky crap, thank u joonfai

(just realised my father also care about ndp sia)
